Not Just a Trek — A Sadhana

From the magnetic energy fields of Kasar Devi to the divine stillness at Parvati Sarovar, this 9-day journey is designed as a Pancha Mahabhuta Sadhana — one element per day, integrating your practice with the Himalayan landscape itself.

Each morning opens with altitude-adapted Pranayama, Sukshma Vyayama, and element-based meditation. Evenings bring Nada Yoga, Cosmic Trataka under the Milky Way, silent walking Mauna, and Vedic storytelling by firelight. Tibetan border villages, classical music sessions, and a closing transformation circle complete the circle.

Route: Haldwani → Almora → Dharchula → Nabi → Gunji → Jyolingkong → Nabhidhang → Haldwani

The People Behind This Journey

This retreat is not put together by a travel agency. It is led by practitioners — people who live this path daily.

🧘
Lead Facilitator & Yoga Expert
Currently pursuing a PhD in Yoga Sciences, with over a decade of practice in Pranayama, Nada Yoga, and advanced meditation. His approach integrates classical Vedic methodology with modern understanding of breath physiology — making ancient practices accessible at altitude without compromising their depth.
