From the magnetic energy fields of Kasar Devi to the divine stillness at Parvati Sarovar, this 9-day journey is designed as a Pancha Mahabhuta Sadhana — one element per day, integrating your practice with the Himalayan landscape itself.
Each morning opens with altitude-adapted Pranayama, Sukshma Vyayama, and element-based meditation. Evenings bring Nada Yoga, Cosmic Trataka under the Milky Way, silent walking Mauna, and Vedic storytelling by firelight. Tibetan border villages, classical music sessions, and a closing transformation circle complete the circle.
Pick up from Haldwani. Drive to Almora through the pine hills. Evening Geomagnetic Grounding Meditation at Kasar Devi — where Earth's magnetic belt and human consciousness meet. Nadi Shodhana + So-Ham breathwork under the Himalayan dusk.
